Our 39-person UK team is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision. 

The Account Management team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively with our clients to make sure that they can get the best outcomes from their partnership with RTB House. Maximising revenue from existing clients by convincing them to use our full suite of products and helping the new business team to close and onboard brand-new clients is a crucial role.

You Will:

  • Manage accounts of existing clients;
  • Meet clients face-to-face regularly to ensure premium customer service;
  • Execute customer communications – personally and via video, e-mail, Slack, or even Asana in line with standards and processes;
  • Consult with clients to become their go-to advisor on all things display, instream, and CTV;
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
  • Take care of customer success and long-term relationships;
  • Use consultative upselling techniques to increase the spend on existing and new products;
  • Assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge;
  • Analyze data and optimize campaigns.

Desired Experience: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience;
  • Experience in running digital campaigns; ad tech, SEM, affiliate, social, video or programmatic display;
  • Knowledge of customer support tools and processes;
  • Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn;
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
