Account Manager

Location: Buenos Aires

You Will:

• cooperation with brands from the e-commerce market in Cono Sur;
• managing a portfolio of clients independently;
• negotiating business terms and doing upsell;
• regular performance reporting to clients;
• regular face to face meetings with clients to ensure premium customer service;
• execute customer communications – personally and via telephone, video-calls or email, in line with standards and processes;
• respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
• responsible for customer success and long-term relationship;
• provide specific information regarding company’s services and products;
• assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
• develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge;
• data improvement and optimization;
• contributing to company-wide or local projects in account management.

Desired Experience: 

• Experience with account management and dealing with large clients
• Experience with programmatic/retargeting
• Persuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentations
• Strong problem solving skills, quantitative skills, very good command of Excel
• Good track record, success cases in the previous role(s)
• Strong and clear motivation, being able to self-motivate
• Available to go to the office in buenos aires twice a week
• Native in Spanish with fluency in English
• Availability to travel 5-15%.
