Our team in Taiwan consists of 15 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision. 


The Account Management team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively to deliver. As an Account Manager, you will play a substantial role in building an excellent relationship with our existing and new clients.  You are an important element in the client's journey. Thanks to your expertise and your active listening, you’ll be able to help them achieve their goals.

You will work closely with the sales team and technical account management team. You will report to the Account Management Team Lead.

You Will:

  • Manage client accounts to ensure objectives are met, driving client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with brands in the e-commerce industry to develop tailored strategies and ensure premium service delivery
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly
  • Develop remarketing strategies across various industries based on data analysis and creative insights
  • Adhere to company goals related to campaign management, closely monitoring campaign margins and scalability
  • Respond to client requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Report on campaign status regularly to the direct manager, suggesting improvements and optimizations as needed
  • Foster and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on customer success and ongoing satisfaction
  • Provide comprehensive information about the company’s services and products to clients
  • Manage orders and payment processing, ensuring timely service delivery and proper handling of financial matters
  • Identify opportunities for upselling existing clients based on their needs and performance, recommending additional solutions that can enhance their campaigns

Desired Experience: 

  • Experience (5-6 years+) in managing online advertising campaigns for a media agency or media channels or for a brand/marketplace;
  • Knowledge and experience in the digital media and programmatic area;
  • Interest in digital marketing
  • Working experience with MS/G suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented personality. Flexible communication.
  • Language knowledge: professional Mandarin proficiency & professional English proficiency
