Technical Account Manager (Polska)

Location: Warsaw/hybrid/remotely

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will draw on your consultative-problem solving skills and technical acumen to help customers successfully integrate with RTB House, and ensure that client’s performance marketing goal is met.

You will lead the successful integration of RTB House and the client’s e-commerce websites and/ or mobile applications, along with daily campaign optimization to ensure the client’s goal is achieved.

What you will do:

• Manage all technical issues relating to campaign launching and running the process;
• Supervise the creation of advertising materials (dynamic ad banners);
• Adjust campaign parameters and testing how your changes influence performance results;
• Work closely with our account managers to deliver high standards of customer service;
• Propose solutions for tools and processes;
• Optimization of online marketing campaigns.

Requirements: 

• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript or basic knowledge/ experience working with data analytics tools and/or data analysis;
• General understanding of programmatic advertising;
• Interest in online technology, e-commerce and/or digital advertising;
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics knowledge is nice to have;
• Fluency in English and Polish;

• Perceptiveness;
• Ability to solve problems efficiently;
