Junior Financial Analyst

What you will do:

• Analysis of budget deviation and root-cause analysis;
• Analysis of profit and loss account of profit centres for management purposes;
• Analysis of business factors influencing subsidiaries and the group;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of business processes;
• Supporting internal and external reporting processes;
• Analysis of cash flow both for subsidiaries and on a consolidation level;
• Collecting relevant data from specific sources and cross referencing data;
• Effective cooperation with other teams;
• Striving to improve financial processes;
• Supporting ad hoc tasks.

What we are looking for:

• Working experience of 2 to 3 years in Controlling & Reporting, or similar area (finance);
• BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar area;
• SQL basic knowledge;
• Ability to focus on important issues, synthesise complex information simply, and extract the most important insights;
• Data visualization & data analysis expertise and skills;
• Working knowledge of office applications especially Google Sheets/Excel;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Very good communication skills;
• Personality: self-reliant, proactive, hands-on mentality, team player, multi-tasking, able to work with deadlines under pressure;
• Fluent in English & Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the international environment;
• Professional level knowledge of accounting practices;
• Working knowledge of ERP systems;
• Working knowledge of Data Studio.
