The impact you will make:

Promotons is a bunch of mobile apps and websites (Gazetkowo in Poland, Promoaccro in France, Sparstark in Germany and several more in other countries). It is a leaflet congregator that has all the offers of the main grocery retailers but it also features a shopping list and a promotion search engine. 

We are looking for a Head of Sales that will work closely with sales teams at the development of commercial relations (selling ad placements) and prospect customers of grocery retailer chains, brands and agencies.

Promotons will allow you to acquire cutting-edge knowledge of web and mobile digital marketing.

You will build your commercial experience with key accounts (grocery industry and others).

As a full-time member of the team, you will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • Manage, coach and grow an enterprise sales team;
  • Invent strategies on how to fulfil the clients’ needs and acquire new business;
  • Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing while simultaneously majorly contributing to and driving our revenue through your sales activities;
  • Support high levels of quality customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction;
  • Analyse campaign performance KPIs and improve commercial proceeding and its results;
  • Report on the status of ongoing sales processes regarding both existing and potential customers;
  • Participate in all major industry events;
  • Cooperate with a passionate, creative and reactive team that is based in Warsaw.

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience (3+ years) in direct sales in digital marketing (mobile apps);
  • Experience in selling online placements (in-app inventory sales would be a big asset);
  • Fluency in English (confidence in presenting and discussing business topics);
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans;
  • Strong team spirit but also an ability to work independently and exceed expectations;
  • Ability to make data driven selling decisions.
