What you'll do and how you'll make an impact

Foreseen tasks:

  • Management of financial affairs of the company in IBE/ITA regions;
  • Support in financial management of company’s Italian entity;
  • Invoice handling (issuing based on information from Account Managers and verification of legal and fiscal requirements, invoice coding for incoming ones);
  • Monitoring and managing of Accounts Receivable and Payable;
  • GST pre-coding;
  • Ensuring the current approval processes is applied and followed within the organization;
  • Reviewing and evaluating suppliers for quality, pricing, delivery timeliness to achieve maximum value for money;
  • Ensure that goods and services are delivered within the agreed terms;
  • Cooperating with Legal / Tax / Finance teams as well as with regional business stakeholders;
  • Creating registries of clients/vendors including the legal documentation;
  • Preparation of the monthly cost accruals, in cooperation with the Country Manager;
  • Preparation of Procurement Quarterly Business Reviews;
  • Resolving queries regarding payment status.

Additional tasks:

  • Developing and updating applicable procedures;
  • Identifying potential risks in the process and proposing solutions/improvements/streamlining;
  • Preparing and analysing basic data and reports.



Qualifications, qualities, and skills we look for

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or any other similar field;
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a relevant position;
  • Fluent (written and spoken) English; Italian would be considered as an advantage;
  • Experience in direct work with clients, suppliers and vendors;
  • Knowledge of procurement principles, practices, techniques and tools;
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to perform basic financial modelling;
  • Ability to prepare and deliver reports, analysis and presentations;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Good analytical mindset;
  • Ability to work under pressure.
