Business Intelligence Analyst

Data & Insights Team of Sales Development & Efficiency Team is looking for a new member who will help us make data-driven business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Breaking down critical business data - gathering, cleaning, and analyzing crucial business data;
• Interpreting the data - finding patterns and potential improvements in our reporting and business operations;
• Sharing findings - designing and developing reporting solutions for key business stakeholders, including regional directors and the Board;
• Active participation in data-driven HQ projects.

Tools you will use:

• Looker Studio for creating interactive dashboards;
• PowerBI for periodical reporting;
• Google BigQuery as the primary data source;
• Google Spreadsheets (+Big Query connector) and Google Slides: to perform ad hoc data analyses, blending data from our various reporting systems.

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of professional experience with data analytics and/or business intelligence;
• Strong data visualizations skills - experience with at least one visualisation tool (e.g. Looker Studio or PowerBI);
• SQL knowledge, ability to extract and manipulate data from relational databases - familiarity with Google BigQuery will be a plus;
• Proactivity in problem-solving and ability to work with minimal supervision;
• Fluency in Polish and English;
• Strong willingness to develop in BI, Data Analytics, and Project Management areas.

Nice to have:

• Prior exposure or familiarity with scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript) will be a plus;
• Previous experience in working with sales or marketing data will be a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field of applied statistics/mathematics, economics, data science, engineering.
