Administrative Assistant

Founded in 2012, RTB House offers marketing solutions that allow the biggest brands and media agencies to activate retargeting and branding campaigns. The company works with more than 3,000 advertisers (retail, travel, classified, telco, beauty, auto...). RTB House is made up of 1,100 specialists spread over more than 30 offices around the world (Europe, EMEA, Asia, US).

What You'll Do: 

• Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries; 
• Ordering stationery and office furniture; 
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems; 
• Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date; 
• Assist the Country Manager in the deployment and monitoring of activities on organisational, logistical and administrative aspects; 
• Organising induction programmes for new employees; 
• Manage logistics for internal and external events, scheduling and execution (i.e.: Meet-up, holiday party, annual team development event); 
• Manage event budgeting, contract negotiation, vendor & catering selection; 
• Work on special projects as requested. 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

• Native Czech or Slovak, fluent English 
• At least a year of experience in a similar role
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workplace;
• Experience in managing travel arrangements
• Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and problem solving ability;
• Positive attitude, openness to challenges; work independently
