As the Account Director, you will play a key role in developing our most important accounts in the UK. With your consultative approach, you will be developing the accounts further by proposing new products as well as ensuring clients’ existing spend increases. The company is growing fast as is the UK region. We need you to come on board and help us continue this aggressive growth.

What you will do:

  • account manage RTB House’ key UK clients;
  • cooperate with the largest brands in the UK portfolio;
  • identify new revenue opportunities and scale existing campaigns;
  • conduct business analysis and recommend optimization of goals, KPIs and strategies;
  • develop marketing strategies using the RTB House product suite in the fashion, marketplace, retail and classifieds industries based on data analysis and your own creativity;
  • partner with technical and sales teams;
  • elevate client relationships at all levels, up to and including the C-suite;
  • deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction;
  • respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
  • support the sales team in the process of launching new clients.

 Desired Skills and Experience:

  • a minimum of 6 years of experience in client facing roles;
  • experience with biddable or performance digital media;
  • experience working with large budgets and big customers;
  • a consistent track record of growing a book of business;
  • ability to discuss holistic marketing strategies with clients and position our point solutions;
  • customer centric mindset; ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • ability to solve practical problems proactively and independently;
  • positive, can-do attitude.
